Amber Hawkes (Chairperson)

Amber Hawkes is a subject-matter expert in violence against women and children, with a particular focus on technology facilitated abuse. She has years of experience building strategy and programmes, conducting policy and legal advocacy, and relationship building across sectors to improve outcomes for those vulnerable to abuse. Amber was formerly Head of Safety Policy, APAC for Meta (then Facebook), was the founding Chief Executive of non-profit International Justice Mission Australia and has worked prosecuting cases of online child exploitation with the Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions. Amber holds an LLB (Hons) and BA in Government and International Relations from the University of Sydney and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She consults domestically and globally to tech companies, NGOs, schools and regulators on a range of initiatives to protect women and children from abuse.

Dr Ricky Campbell-Allen

Dr Ricky Campbell-Allen is a researcher, facilitator, and speaker with significant leadership experience across education, advocacy, and the not-for-profit sector in Australia, Canada, and the United States. She is the Director of EdCapital, a consultancy focused on leadership development and change.

Formerly the founding director of an advocacy institute – the Centre for New Public Education, Ricky has held system leadership positions in a US school district and worked for seven years as a teacher and middle leader in Australian schools. She began her professional life as a sculptor.

Ricky holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Nottingham, was an R G Menzies Scholar at Harvard University, and holds a Master of Education from Harvard and a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Hons) from the University of Sydney. She also serves on the Board of The Song Room, a national not-for-profit organisation supporting children experiencing disadvantage to access arts learning.

Jude Barraclough

Jude Barraclough is an experienced leader in both the For Purpose and Corporate sectors, with specialist expertise in strategy and philanthropy. Jude is Chief Executive Officer of Youth Off The Streets, an Australian charity supporting children and young people at risk of homelessness. She has a deep commitment to supporting young people and communities in need, and has pursued this passion through volunteer and professional roles over many years. Jude previously served as an executive of children’s charity, The Smith Family, and as a non-executive director of World Vision Australia. She is currently a non-executive director of Christian Women in Governance and Olive Tree Health. Jude is a member of Northside Baptist church in Sydney, with strong involvement in church leadership and community life. Jude is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and her qualifications include an MBA (AGSM).
