Our Mission & Vision

Mission

To provide embodied healing, in a context of safety, choice and community, to women who live with complex trauma due to domestic and family violence and abuse.

Vision

Our vision is to see women, living with complex trauma, equipped with knowledge and skills to reconnect, reshape and rebuild their musculoskeletal and nervous systems in order to restore their sense of safety and dignity, freedom and agency, so that they can thrive in the midst of the joys and challenges of life, and in doing so, live as a co-regulating presence for their children, with increased capacity to support them in their healing.

Values

Safety – We prioritise physical and emotional safety in every interaction.

Choice – We support individuals to connect with their body and nervous system to enable them to direct their own healing and decision-making.

Respect – We treat all people with dignity, kindness, welcome, acceptance, and integrity.

Empowerment - We encourage the process of building strength and confidence to gain freedom and agency in all aspects of life.

Community - We walk with and alongside clients, colleagues, partners, and collaborators to build safe, supportive, trustworthy relationships.
